We have four self-contained cottages, converted from redundant Victorian barns, and perfect for self catering holidays in the heart of South Devon's gently rolling countryside. The conversions have been completed to a high standard with open-plan living accommodation. Each bedroom has either ensuite shower or private bathroom/shower. Blackthorn is suitable for wheelchair users. Hawthorn, Hazel and Maple each have woodburners.
The holiday cottages are situated on our working farm 3 miles north of the estuary town of Kingsbridge. They are central for the popular sailing town of Salcombe, naval town of Dartmouth, the market town of Totnes, walking the South Devon coastal path and Dartmoor National Park.
The farm comprises 275 acres of organic land on which we produce beef cattle and sheep. A Devon green lane adjoins the farm providing pretty walking to the river Avon. A variety of village pubs and restaurants are within a short distance, with The Fortescue Arms at East Allington the closest at one mile from the farm.
